Teddy Gerry is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of SaltCo, leading the company's strategic vision and day-to-day operations. Since co-founding the company in 2016, Teddy has driven SaltCo's expansion across multiple states, achieving 30-40% annual growth since 2018.

Mark Landgraf brings over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and general contracting to his role as President of SaltCo. As a co-founder, Mark identified the critical need for automated salt delivery solutions after witnessing facility managers' challenges.

Craig Detter serves as Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of SaltCo, leading the development of the company's proprietary sensor technology and Jet Powered delivery systems. His technical expertise has been essential in creating the world's only fully automated solution.

Dave Gerry co-founded SaltCo in 2016 and serves as Chair of the Board, providing strategic oversight and guidance as the company continues its rapid growth. With extensive experience in business development, Dave has been instrumental in establishing SaltCo as the industry leader.

Spencer Alexander builds and maintains the software systems that power SaltCo's monitoring, automation, and customer experience. His work helps keep tank data, delivery workflows, and internal tools reliable as the company scales.

Josh Stratton leads day-to-day operations as General Manager, coordinating teams across delivery, service, and customer support. He focuses on consistent execution so facilities get dependable salt service without the operational headaches.

Tim Landgraf helps multi-site and commercial operations standardize their salt delivery programs. He works with facility managers to eliminate salt run-outs, reduce labor costs, and put the right SaltCo service in place across our service areas.

Isaiah Gilmore leads SaltCo Transportation, keeping delivery routes, trucks, and field logistics running smoothly. His focus is safe, on-time salt delivery that supports facilities every day.
